MN LEAP Networking Luncheon
Welcome to MN-LEAP!
We are excited to announce our organization has changed its name to MN-LEAP (Minnesota Law Enforcement Administrative Professionals.) Today, law enforcement administrative positions have evolved beyond secretaries, data entry, and transcription. We are working to elevate our organization to better serve our membership and the various roles we represent.
We presented this change to our full membership for a vote on a name change. It was an overwhelming vote to change from the PLEAA name to MN-LEAP. Our board went to work to get the name change in place and as of January 1, 2024, we are now MN-LEAP.
We are in the process of making changes to the logo and our website. We ask that you be patient with us as we transition from PLEAA to MN-LEAP in the coming weeks. There are many items that need to be in place to get this all finalized, and we are working diligently to get this done as quickly as we can!

Our Mission Statement:
We are dedicated to encouraging and promoting a higher degree of skill and efficiency for our members.
We will provide relevant law enforcement training, cumulative relationships through a strong networking system, and more uniformity in the services provided. This is to enable our members to provide enhanced assistance to chief law enforcement officers and member departments, which ultimately benefits the communities they serve.
