SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION:
The Board realizes that agencies dealing with economic issues have had to cut their training budgets and that often that means non-mandatory training is the first to go. We are proud to announce that we have developed a new Scholarship program. The Hennepin County Chiefs of Police Association has given us some funding to start the program. We hope to get additional funding from others to expand this in the future if necessary.
If you would like to apply, please print out the attached pdf form, fill it out and submit it, along with a registration request. The Board will consider all requests received and at this time plan to approve up to twelve recipients to attend the November, 2010 training on a scholarship.
